Ingredients
For about 30 pastries (5/6 cm diameter):
- 1 sheet butter puff pastry
- 2 apples
- 30 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A small handful of raisins
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (for brushing)
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)Β
Procedure
π Preheat oven to 185Β°C (365Β°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
π Cut circles of 5β6 cm diameter from the puff pastry. Place on the sheet.
π Fold in the edges slightly to form a raised rim.
π Peel and dice the apple. Mix with brown sugar, raisins, and cinnamon.
π Spoon about 1 tsp of filling into the center of each pastry.
π Brush edges with the beaten egg.
π Bake for 18β20 minutes, until puffed and golden.
