Yesterday marked the ceramic blog-versary, that is, 9 years of an exciting ‘marriage’ I’ve been sharing with good food and culinary adventures 🎉 It’s #fattuesday 🥳 meaning, another #foodstory is out 😋 Had already enough Panettone and wish trying something alternative for your Xmas desserts? Try this super easy recipe: the PANETTONE IN A JAR. This is a nice alternative of the classic #tiramisu: you just need what’s left of some Panettone and prepare your favorite cream. Here, I made a delicious PISTACHIO PASTRY CREAM as I had some pistachio cream left from the Panettone baked for Xmas. Alternatively, you can use mascarpone cream or the simple pastry cream, and add your favorite flavors (e.g., vanilla, chocolate or fruits). Although I am know to be a sweet tooth, I cannot deny that I felt in love with this SAVORY STUFFED PANDORO 🤩 A perfect idea for a yummy appetizer for your Xmas meals 😋 What about a cup of tea and these delicious COOKIES WITH RAISIN & CINNAMON? Perfect to get ready for 🎄 It’s Xmas time 🎄 And it’s that time of the year 🎃 it’s time for the Better later, than never! I’m back 🎉 with one ingredient that has become a dear one to me on the past 3-4 years: pistachio 💚 A couple of weeks ago, I went to Sicily for the wedding of two friends and, as a pistachio lover, I had my dose of pistachio-based food 😋 and I couldn’t resist to stop by a small supermarket and get some fresh, grained pistachio, and some pistachio pesto. So the other night, while still holiday-ing in Italy but back North at my fam’s, I decided to make a nice pasta dish with the pistachio pesto 💚 Add some tomatoes 🍅 and cheese 🧀, and you have a perfect summer treat. Super simple and super yummy 🤤
