PEACH YOGURT CAKE

Ingredients

For a 23 cm cake tin, all measured with a 125 g yogurt cup:

  • 2 cups peach-flavored yogurt
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 cups brown sugar
  • 4 cups baking flour (00)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 15 gr baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • powdered sugar for decoration

Procedure

  1. Mix the yogurt with the oil.
  2. Add the sugar, flour, pinch of salt, baking powder and the eggs, one at time.
  3. Pour the batter into a cake tin (greased or lined with baking paper).
  4. Bake in preheated oven 175°C for 35/40 minutes.
  5. Let it cool before sprinkling with powdered sugar.
