Ingredients
For a 23 cm cake tin, all measured with a 125 g yogurt cup:
- 2 cups peach-flavored yogurt
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1 cups brown sugar
- 4 cups baking flour (00)
- a pinch of salt
- 15 gr baking powder
- 2 eggs
- powdered sugar for decoration
Procedure
- Mix the yogurt with the oil.
- Add the sugar, flour, pinch of salt, baking powder and the eggs, one at time.
- Pour the batter into a cake tin (greased or lined with baking paper).
- Bake in preheated oven 175°C for 35/40 minutes.
- Let it cool before sprinkling with powdered sugar.
