Just had these delicious pancakes 😋 Now ready to hit the yoga mat 🧘🏻‍♀️

InstaRecipe for about 10 mini pancakes

Mix 35gr coconut flour, 20gr vegan protein vanilla, 1tsb baking powder, a pinch of salt. Add 1 egg and 170ml no sugar almond milk. Stir and cook in the pan 2 minutes per side!

MyFitnessPal macros (per mini pancake): 25 cal, 1 fat, 0.7carb, 2.7 protein

I had mine with red fruits and a cup of good Italian coffee ☕️
