

I had some sea bass leftovers so what a better to have some nice and healthy FISH TACOS? 





InstaRecipe (for 1 serving = 2 tacos)
Preheat the oven at 200°. In the meantime, prepare the sauce with 50gr low-fat lactose free quark, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp dille, 1/2 tsp chilli and garlic flakes, and salt as needed.
Then, prepare the other ingredients: slice 100gr seabass (cooked in the oven with salt, oregano and dill – you can use any white fish), chop half avocado and 80gr tomatoes. Don’t forget to get also 20gr of shredded cheese (I am now very Dutch, so I used some Gouda cheese 48+).
Bake the tortilla tacos for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Once ready, it’s assembling time!
Start with a layer of sea bass, then add some sauce, avocado, diced tomatoes and finish with some cheese!
