LEMON SPELT BREAD WITH POPPY SEEDS

If you have been following me recently, you know how much I love the combination of lemon and poppy seeds (remember the muffins?). Well, what about making some fresh bread with these ingredients? 🍞

πŸ‹ Recipe for the bread machine πŸ‹
The procedure with the bread machine is super easy. I have the Panasonic SD-ZB2512 and I used the menuΒ 15.
For a loaf of about 900gr (L size), you need: 500gr spelt flour, 330 ml water, 2 tsp sugar, 1.5 tsp salt, 1 and 1/4 tsp instant bread yeast and 10 gr butter. Then, you add 20 ml lemon juice, the zest of half lemon, and 3 tbsp poppy seeds.
