Can’t go out for dinner because restaurants are closed again for new Covid-19 measures? No problem, you can still have some fun with the fam and make these delicious VEGETARIAN TACOS 😋

InstaRecipe (for 4 serving = 8 tacos)

Preheat the oven at 200°. In the meantime, prepare the sauce with 200gr low-fat lactose free quark, 2 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp dille, 1 tsp chilli and garlic flakes, and salt as needed.
Then, in a pan cook 2 cans of black beans with 2 cans of corns, 2 can of tomato sauce and one (chopped) onion. You can add spices such as paprika, cumin, coriander and chili. Salt and pepper to taste.
Last, you can add some fresh tomatoes, avocado and green salad for extra filling. Don’t forget to get some shredded cheese of your liking.
Bake the tortilla tacos for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Once ready, it’s assembling time!
Start with a beans and corns, then add some sauce, the fresh veggies, and finish with some cheese. Enjoy!
