What about some GRAIN-FREE SOFT BAGELS?
I had mine with a filling of low fat, lactose free quark to get some extra protein, a few strawberries and dark chocolate chocolate chips And of course, I couldn’t miss a nice cup of Italian coffee
Recipe for about 10 mini bagels:
Mix 50 gr almond flour, 20gr coconut flour, 10gr vegan protein vanilla, 7gr baking powder. Then, add 2 eggs, 120gr lowfat, lactose free quark, and 120gr no sugar almond milk.
Pour the bagel mix in the bagel baking tin and bake for about 15/17 minutes in pre-heated oven (190°C).
Enjoy these yummy grain-free bagels with your fav toppings!
