Here, a super fluffy, delicious CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN CAKE. Perfect with a cup of tea on these cold days ❄️
350 gr pumpkin (steam-cooked first, then make a purée)
200 gr baking flour (00)
16 for baking powder
80 gr brown sugar
90 gr butter
100 gr dark chocolate
2 tsp cinnamon
Melt the chocolate and the butter, and let cool down. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add flour and baking powder, and combine well all ingredients. Then, add the pumpkin purée and the melted chocolate-butter.
Pour the batter on the cake tin (which you have previously covered with baking paper).
Bake in preheated static oven 180°C for 30/35 minutes.
