What a better period than Xmas to bake some cookies? πŸŽ„πŸͺβ˜•οΈ

Ingredients for 24 cookies

60 gr butter (at room temperature)
60 gr sugar
240 gr baking flour (00)
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 lemon zest
40 gr raisins (soaked in hot water and dried)
Powdered sugar for decoration


Soft the butter with the sugar. Then, add the egg, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and lemon zest. Combine well all ingredients until well combined. Then, add the raisins by making sure the raisins are well incorporate in the dough. Last, cup your hands around the dough to round the ball and, if you have time, let it rest in the fridge for 10/15 minutes.
Divide the dough in small pieces of 15-17 gr each and place them on a oven tray covered by baking paper. Bake the cookies 12/14 minutes (the second baking round will take less time) in pre-heated oven 185Β°/static mode until golden golden colored.
