Muffins with chocolate chips

Muffins with chocolate chips

Ingredients (for 12 muffins)

125 gr unsalted butter (left outside the fridge till soft)
135 gr sugar
16 gr vanilla sugar (or use vanilla extract)
265 gr flour
135 gr milk
2 eggs
16gr of baking powder
100 gr of dark chocolate (or chocolate chips)


Mix the soft butter with the sugars with a mixer, and then add one egg each time.
In a bowl, combine the flour and the baking powder; add them to the dough of sugar, butter and eggs, and mix.
Incorporate the milk slowly and stir until the dry ingredients are moistened. Finally, add the chopped chocolate or the chocolate chips.
Fill the muffins silicon cups with the dough and cook the muffins in pre-heated static oven, 180°, for 20-25 minutes.
