2 tablespoon crumble bread

1 teaspoon oregano

Procedure flash

In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, pepper, crumble bread, oregano and cheese. Chop the boiled cauliflower, add it to the beaten eggs and mix well. Spray 2 little cake shapes (or you can also use the muffin shapes) with the baking spray and put the omelette mix in them. Bake in static oven (180) for 30/40 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the green asparagus, add salt, pepper and oil and stir. Once the omelettes are ready, transfer the asparagus on a plate and put the omelette on top.

Flash, ready!
