This is not a normal pizza..it’s CAULIFLOWER PIZZA! A very yummy, #healthy triumph of veggies!
Steam one cauliflower, chop it until it’s like rice texture. Add 2 eggs, 8 tbs of flour and a grain of salt. Mix well, then spread it with a spatula on a baking tray covered by baking paper and make a round shape, like a pizza. Bake it in pre-heated oven 220° for about 20 minutes. Then, add tomato sauce, mozzarella and your favorite toppings! Here I used champignons, olives and oregano.
Bake the cauliflower pizza for about 7-8 minutes.
