STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS

Grilled or baked, stuffed or plain, PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS are simply delish! Just 20-25 minutes in the oven 180° and they are ready!
Here, a version stuffed with Gouda cheese, a bit of garlic, olive oil and parsley, and served with Belgian endive baked in the oven (for 10 minutes 160°).
