SOFT QUARK CAKE WITH STRAWBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 165 g sunflower oil
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 190 g farina 00
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g strawberry-flavoured white chocolate

Procedure

  1. First, mix the quark with the oil until smooth.
  2. Add the sugar and eggs, then mix well.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder, and stir until combined.
  4. Chop the strawberry-flavoured white chocolate and fold it into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into a cake tin greased with non-stick spray or lined with baking paper.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 40-45 minutes. Check with a toothpick before removing from the oven.
  7. Let the cake cool before serving.
