Ingredients
- 125 g low-fat quark
- 165 g sunflower oil
- 200 g brown sugar
- 190 g farina 00
- 10 g baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 100 g strawberry-flavoured white chocolate
Procedure
- First, mix the quark with the oil until smooth.
- Add the sugar and eggs, then mix well.
- Add the flour and baking powder, and stir until combined.
- Chop the strawberry-flavoured white chocolate and fold it into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a cake tin greased with non-stick spray or lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 40-45 minutes. Check with a toothpick before removing from the oven.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
