I really enjoy teaching to my students, in particular about topics I’m very interested it. Yet, sometimes I put so much energy on it (and maybe lots of enthusiasm too 😉?) that at the end of the day it feels like I ran a marathon 🥵
But I can assure you that after having one bite of this DOUBLE- CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 🍫 with a strong cup of coffee ☕️, your energy level goes right up 😉
170 gr dark chocolate
170 gr milk chocolate
80 gr hazelnuts & almonds
180 gr butter
140 gr flour
150 gr brown sugar
8 gr vanilla sugar (or equivalente vanilla extract)
1 tsp baking powder
Melt the chocolate with the butter. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with the sugar. Then, add the mixture of chocolate and butter and stir. Last, fold in the flour, the baking powder and the chopped nuts.
Pour the brownies batter in a squared baking tin covered with greaseproof paper. Bake in preheated (static) over for 20-25 minutes. The top should be firm and the inside soft. Let the brownies cool down before cutting them into squares.
